Ingredients

  • Potatoes: 4 large russet potatoes, peeled and sliced thinly
  • Italian Sausage: 1 pound of mild Italian sausage, casings removed
  • Onion: 1 medium onion, diced
  • Garlic: 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Heavy Cream: 2 cups
  • Cheddar Cheese: 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • Parmesan Cheese: 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Olive Oil: 2 tablespoons
