Ingredients

Scale
  • For the Dough:
    • 2 cups all-purpose flour
    • 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast
    • 1 tsp sugar
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 3/4 cup warm water (110°F)
    • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • For the Topping:
    • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
    • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
    • 1/4 cup diced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
    • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
    • 1/2 tsp onion powder
    • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
  2. In a large bowl, mix flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture and olive oil, then knead until smooth (about 5 minutes).
  3. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  4. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
  5. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and transfer it to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
  6. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until well combined.
  7. Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the rolled-out dough.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
  9. Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve hot.

Notes

  • This pizza can be made ahead of time; prepare the dough and toppings, then refrigerate until ready to bake.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • For a spicier kick, add more jalapeños or use pepper jack cheese instead of cheddar.
