    • 1 cup whipped topping
  • For the Crust:
    • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
    • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • For Decoration:
    • Mini chocolate eggs
    • Fresh mint leaves

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, dissolve the flavored gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water, stirring until fully dissolved.
  2. Add 1 cup of cold water to the gelatin mixture and stir well. Pour into jars and refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.
  3. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
  4. Fold in the whipped topping gently until well combined.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until evenly coated.
  6. Once the gelatin is set, layer the graham cracker mixture on top of the gelatin in each jar.
  7. Next, add a layer of the cream mixture on top of the graham cracker layer.
  8. Repeat the layers until the jars are filled, finishing with the cream layer on top.
  9. Decorate with mini chocolate eggs and fresh mint leaves before serving.
