Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, dissolve the flavored gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water, stirring until fully dissolved.
- Add 1 cup of cold water to the gelatin mixture and stir well. Pour into jars and refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in the whipped topping gently until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until evenly coated.
- Once the gelatin is set, layer the graham cracker mixture on top of the gelatin in each jar.
