Ingredients

Instructions

- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and blanch the cabbage leaves for 2-3 minutes until pliable. Remove and set aside.

- Add the sliced sausage and shrimp to the skillet, cooking until the shrimp turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.

- Place a generous scoop of the shrimp and sausage mixture onto each cabbage leaf, rolling tightly and tucking in the sides.
- Arrange the stuffed cabbage rolls in a baking dish, pouring chicken broth over the top.
