Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your donut pan generously with coconut oil or baking spray.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, erythritol, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt until evenly blended.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the eggs, unsweetened applesauce, vanilla extract, and melted coconut oil until fully combined.
- Carefully combine the wet and dry ingredients until the batter forms, being mindful not to overmix.
- Fill each donut mold with the batter, approximately ¾ full.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
