Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter (melted)
  • Parmesan cheese (for topping)
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in intervals until smooth.
  3. Prepare the dry ingredients by combining almond flour, garlic powder, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
  4. Form the dough by mixing the melted cheese mixture and eggs into the dry ingredients until cohesive.
  5. Shape the dough into sticks on the baking sheet, keeping them about an inch wide.
  6. Add a brush of melted butter on top and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
