Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in intervals until smooth.
- Prepare the dry ingredients by combining almond flour, garlic powder, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Form the dough by mixing the melted cheese mixture and eggs into the dry ingredients until cohesive.
- Shape the dough into sticks on the baking sheet, keeping them about an inch wide.
- Add a brush of melted butter on top and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
