Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and butter until smooth.
- Add the granulated sugar and mix until well combined.
- Incorporate the eggs, lemon juice, and lemon zest, mixing until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- For the glaze, whisk together the powdered sugar, orange juice, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Drizzle the glaze over the cooled bread before serving.
