- Powdered sugar for dusting
- 1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease your donut pan.
- Whisk the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until thoroughly combined.
- Mix together the milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla until well blended and creamy.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring until just mixed.
- Fill each donut cavity with batter, about two-thirds full.
- Bake for about 10-12 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.
- Transfer donuts to a wire rack and fill each with lemon curd using a piping bag.
- Whisk together the powdered sugar and lemon juice for the glaze and drizzle over the filled donuts.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
For a deeper flavor, prepare the lemon curd a day ahead. Can substitute fillings for different flavors like lime or orange.
