Ingredients

- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- 1 cup asparagus, chopped

- 2 cups chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken breasts in olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
- In a pot, bring chicken broth to a boil and add rice. Cook according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, cook the marinated chicken over medium heat until fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- Add chopped asparagus to the skillet and sauté for 3-4 minutes until tender.
- Serve the chicken and asparagus over the cooked rice.
