Ingredients

  • 4 cups mixed greens
  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1 avocado, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  2. Marinate the chicken breasts in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
