- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 slices of bacon, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy; remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the ground beef and cook until browned; drain excess fat.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef; stir to combine.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the cheddar and Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add the cooked pasta and bacon to the sauce; toss to coat.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add diced jalapeños.
- Can substitute ground turkey for a leaner option.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
