Ingredients

  • 1 cup mango puree
  • 23 habanero peppers, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the mango puree, chopped habanero peppers, honey, soy sauce, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place the chicken wings in a large bowl and pour the mango habanero sauce over them. Toss to coat evenly.
  4. Arrange the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.
  6. Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
