Mango Habanero Chicken Wings are a deliciously spicy and sweet dish that combines the heat of habanero peppers with the tropical sweetness of mango.

- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1 cup mango puree
- 2–3 habanero peppers, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the mango puree, chopped habanero peppers, honey, soy sauce, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the chicken wings in a large bowl and pour the mango habanero sauce over them. Toss to coat evenly.
- Arrange the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the number of habanero peppers based on your heat preference.
- For extra crispiness, broil the wings for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking.
- Serve with a side of ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
