Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup diced apples
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (optional)
  • Chopped nuts for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine rolled oats, almond milk, diced apples, maple syrup, and cinnamon.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  3. If using, fold in Greek yogurt for added creaminess.
  4. Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight.
  5. In the morning, stir the oats and add more milk if desired.
  6. Top with chopped nuts and additional apple slices before serving.

Notes

  • For a vegan option, omit the Greek yogurt or use a plant-based yogurt.
