Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in the frozen peas and half of the cheddar cheese.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
- Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
