Description

A delicious and creamy chicken and rice bake that is sure to impress your family and friends.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir in the frozen peas and half of the cheddar cheese.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
