Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, chopped basil, honey, lemon zest, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Fill each tartlet shell with the herbed ricotta mixture.
- Top each tartlet with sliced peaches.
