Ingredients

- 1 package Oreo cookies (approximately 36 cookies)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tsp peppermint extract
- 1 tbsp coconut oil (optional)
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor.
- Combine the crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl and blend until creamy.
- Add peppermint extract and fold gently into the mixture.
- Shape the mixture into small balls, about one inch in diameter, and place them on a lined baking sheet.
- Freeze for approximately 30 minutes until firm.
- Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
- Dip each frozen truffle into the melted chocolate and let the excess drip off.
- Refrigerate until the chocolate hardens, roughly 20 to 30 minutes.
