- 2 cups Almond Flour
- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 3 large Eggs
- 1 tbsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano
- 1 tsp Dried Basil
- 1 tsp Dried Thyme
- 1 tsp Salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the almond flour, baking powder, oregano, basil, thyme, and salt in a mixing bowl.
- Prepare the eggs in another bowl, whisking them until blended.
- Combine the wet ingredients with the dry mixture, folding in the Parmesan cheese.
- Transfer the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
