Ingredients

  • 2 cups Almond Flour
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 tbsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1 tsp Dried Basil
  • 1 tsp Dried Thyme
  • 1 tsp Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the almond flour, baking powder, oregano, basil, thyme, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  3. Prepare the eggs in another bowl, whisking them until blended.
  4. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry mixture, folding in the Parmesan cheese.
  5. Transfer the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
