Ingredients
- Bread: 8 slices of brioche or challah, cut into cubes

- Cheese: 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese, 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Egg Mixture: 6 large eggs, 2 cups whole milk, 1/4 cup maple syrup, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- In a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, layer half of the bread cubes, followed by half of the ham, turkey, and cheeses.
- Pour half of the egg mixture over the layered ingredients.
- Repeat the layering process with the remaining bread, meats, and cheeses, then pour the remaining egg mixture on top.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is set.
- Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
