- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add minced garlic.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet and cook until golden brown on both sides.
- In a separate bowl, mix heavy cream and chopped basil.
- Pour the basil cream mixture over the chicken in the skillet.
- Top each chicken breast with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly.
- Serve hot, garnished with additional basil if desired.
