Description

Mozzarella Chicken in Basil Cream Sauce is a creamy, flavorful dish that combines tender chicken breasts with melted mozzarella cheese and a rich basil-infused cream sauce.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add minced garlic.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet and cook until golden brown on both sides.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix heavy cream and chopped basil.
  5. Pour the basil cream mixture over the chicken in the skillet.
