Mummy Cupcakes with Marshmallow Wraps Delight You!

Description

Delicious cupcakes decorated to look like mummies, perfect for Halloween celebrations.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • Black icing for eyes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with liners.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, eggs, water, and vegetable oil. Mix until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into the cupcake liners, filling them about 2/3 full.
  4. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Let the cupcakes cool completely.
  6. Once cooled, spread marshmallow fluff on top of each cupcake.
  7. Melt the white chocolate chips and drizzle over the marshmallow fluff to create a wrap effect.
  8. Use black icing to add eyes to the mummies.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, add a teaspoon of vanilla extract to the batter.
  • Store cupcakes in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
  • Feel free to use any cake mix flavor you prefer.
