A delicious and easy-to-make no bake dessert featuring layers of chocolate, peanut butter, and Oreo cookies.

- 24 Oreo cookies
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×9 inch pan to form the crust.
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold it into the peanut butter mixture.
- Spread the peanut butter mixture over the Oreo crust evenly.
- Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave and stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Cut into squares and serve chilled.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
- Make sure to let the dessert chill completely for the best texture.
- This dessert can be made a day in advance.
