Description

A delicious and easy-to-make no bake dessert featuring layers of chocolate, peanut butter, and Oreo cookies.


Ingredients

  • 24 Oreo cookies
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×9 inch pan to form the crust.
  3. In a bowl, mix peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold it into the peanut butter mixture.
  5. Spread the peanut butter mixture over the Oreo crust evenly.
  6. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave and stir in vanilla extract.
  7. Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  9. Cut into squares and serve chilled.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
  • Make sure to let the dessert chill completely for the best texture.
