Indulge in the festive delight of No-Bake Christmas Lasagna, where creamy layers of ricotta and spinach meld with rich marinara sauce, creating a symphony of flavors. Each bite offers a velvety texture, complemented by the freshness of herbs and the warmth of melted cheese, making it a perfect holiday treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • For the Lasagna:
    • 12 no-boil lasagna noodles
    • 2 cups ricotta cheese
    • 3 cups fresh spinach, chopped
    • 2 cups marinara sauce
    • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
    • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • For Garnish:
    • Fresh basil leaves
    • Red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, chopped spinach, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning until well blended.
  2. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish.
  3. Layer 4 no-boil lasagna noodles over the sauce, followed by half of the ricotta mixture and a third of the mozzarella cheese.
  4. Repeat the layering process: add another layer of marinara sauce, 4 more noodles, the remaining ricotta mixture, and another third of the mozzarella cheese.
  5. Top with the final layer of noodles, the remaining marinara sauce, and the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the flavors to meld.
  7. Before serving, preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake the lasagna uncovered for 30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Let it cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving, garnished with fresh basil and red pepper flakes if desired.
