Description

A delightful and easy-to-make No-Bake Funfetti Oreo Icebox Cake that combines the flavors of funfetti cake and Oreo cookies for a sweet treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of Oreo cookies
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup of funfetti sprinkles

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  2. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and continue to whip until stiff peaks form.
  3. Fold in the funfetti sprinkles gently.
  4. In a rectangular dish, layer Oreo cookies at the bottom.
  5. Spread a layer of the whipped cream mixture over the Oreos.
  6. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with the whipped cream on top.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  8. Before serving, garnish with additional sprinkles and crushed Oreos if desired.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use double-stuffed Oreos.
  • Make sure to chill the cake long enough for it to set properly.
