A delightful and easy-to-make No-Bake Funfetti Oreo Icebox Cake that combines the flavors of funfetti cake and Oreo cookies for a sweet treat.

- 1 package of Oreo cookies
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup of funfetti sprinkles
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and continue to whip until stiff peaks form.
- Fold in the funfetti sprinkles gently.
- In a rectangular dish, layer Oreo cookies at the bottom.
- Spread a layer of the whipped cream mixture over the Oreos.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with the whipped cream on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, garnish with additional sprinkles and crushed Oreos if desired.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use double-stuffed Oreos.
- Make sure to chill the cake long enough for it to set properly.
- This cake can be made a day in advance for convenience.
