- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Topping:
- 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- ½ cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie pan to form the crust. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Allow to cool slightly, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
