- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Combine granola, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), chocolate chips, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl. Stir until well mixed.
- Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- Divide the mixture evenly into the muffin cups, pressing down firmly.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow them to set.
- Remove the cups from the muffin tin and enjoy!
