- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
- Add the water and olive oil to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for a few minutes until smooth.
- Divide the dough into small balls and flatten them into discs.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and place the discs in the skillet.
- Cook for about 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
- Remove from the skillet and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can mix in herbs or spices into the dough.
- Store any leftover bread in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
