Description

A quick and easy recipe for making fresh bread on the stovetop without the need for an oven.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
  2. Add the water and olive oil to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for a few minutes until smooth.
  4. Divide the dough into small balls and flatten them into discs.
  5. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and place the discs in the skillet.
  6. Cook for about 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the skillet and let cool slightly before serving.
