Ingredients

- 1 cup long-grain rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup water
- 1 onion, chopped

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a baking dish, combine the rice, cream of mushroom soup, water, chopped onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the pork chops on top of the rice mixture.
- Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 1 hour without peeking.
- Remove from the oven and let it sit for a few minutes before serving.
