- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 24 hours, preferably 48 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Remove the fillets from the marinade and wipe off excess miso.
- Place the fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and caramelized on top.
