Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb spicy sausage
  • 1 cup honey BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add diced onion and bell pepper, sauté until softened.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  4. Slice the sausage and add it to the skillet, cooking until browned.
  5. Stir in the pasta, chicken broth, and honey BBQ sauce.
  6. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cover, cooking until pasta is tender.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
