Description

Delicious and cheesy garlic chicken wraps that are ooey-gooey and perfect for a quick meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix until well combined.
  3. Lay out the flour tortillas on a flat surface.
  4. Spoon the chicken mixture evenly onto each tortilla.
  5. Roll the tortillas tightly to form wraps.
  6. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  7. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  8. Remove from skillet and let cool slightly before slicing.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • Feel free to add your favorite vegetables to the filling.
  • These wraps can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
  • For extra flavor, add some Italian seasoning to the chicken mixture.
