- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the Brussels sprouts, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until tender and caramelized.
- In a small saucepan, combine the maple syrup and orange juice. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
- Once the Brussels sprouts are done, remove them from the oven and drizzle the orange maple glaze over them.
- Add the dried cranberries and toss to combine.
- Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
