- Egg Mixture:
- 12 large eggs
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Hollandaise Sauce:
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 3 large egg yolks
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, cream, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Pour the egg mixture over the croissant and bacon layers, ensuring everything is soaked.
- Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
- The next morning, remove the plastic wrap and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
- While the casserole is baking, prepare the hollandaise sauce by melting the butter in a saucepan over low heat.
