Description

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is golden brown and crispy, stirring halfway through for even cooking.
  5. Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the hot cauliflower.
