Description

A delicious flatbread topped with fresh peaches, asparagus, and creamy goat cheese, perfect for a light meal or appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 1 flatbread
  • 1 cup fresh peaches, sliced
  • 1 cup asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 4 oz goat cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Brush the flatbread with olive oil.
  3. Arrange the sliced peaches and asparagus on top of the flatbread.
  4. Sprinkle the crumbled goat cheese over the top.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the flatbread is crispy and the cheese is slightly melted.
  7. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh basil before serving.
