Description
A refreshing iced tea infused with the sweet flavors of peach and the aromatic touch of basil, sweetened with a hint of honey.
Ingredients

- 4 cups water
- 4 black tea bags
- 2 ripe peaches, sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1/4 cup honey (or to taste)
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Boil the water in a saucepan.
- Once boiling, remove from heat and add the tea bags. Steep for 5 minutes.
- Remove the tea bags and stir in the honey until dissolved.
- Add the sliced peaches and basil leaves to the tea.
- Let the mixture cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Serve over ice and garnish with additional peach slices and basil if desired.
Notes
- For a stronger peach flavor, blend the peaches before adding them to the tea.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey according to your taste.
- This tea can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
