- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 tbsp balsamic glaze

Instructions
- Slice the peaches and fresh mozzarella.
- On a serving platter, alternate layers of peach slices, mozzarella slices, and basil leaves.
- Drizzle balsamic glaze over the top.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
