Description

Delightful Peach Pie Cinnamon Rolls swirled with sweet peach filling in soft, flaky dough, perfect for summer brunches.


Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 packet instant yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup peach pie filling
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon milk (for glaze)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Stir together flour, sugar, instant yeast, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Heat milk and melted butter until warm; mix in egg until fully combined.
  3. Pour the warm mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until a shaggy dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth and elastic, about 5–7 minutes.
  5. Let the dough rise in a warm place, covered with a kitchen towel, for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  6. Roll out the risen dough into a rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick.
  7. Spread peach pie filling evenly across the dough and sprinkle cinnamon over the top.
  8. Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice into equal rolls, about 1 to 1.5 inches thick.
  9. Place the rolls in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
  10. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake rolls for 25–30 minutes.
  11. Mix powdered sugar, one tablespoon of milk, and vanilla for the glaze.
  12. Drizzle the glaze on the warm rolls after baking.

Notes

Use room temperature ingredients for the best dough texture. You can substitute peach filling with cherries or apples.
