A refreshing and fruity Peach & Rosé Sangria infused with citrus and berries, perfect for summer gatherings.
Ingredients

- 1 bottle of rosé wine
- 2 peaches, sliced
- 1 cup of mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 orange, sliced
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 lime, sliced
- 1/4 cup of peach schnapps
- 2 cups of soda water or lemon-lime soda
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine the sliced peaches, mixed berries, orange, lemon, and lime.
- Add the rosé wine and peach schnapps to the pitcher.
- Stir gently to combine all the ingredients.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
- Just before serving, add the soda water or lemon-lime soda for fizz.
- Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
Notes
- For a sweeter sangria, add more peach schnapps or use a sweeter rosé wine.
- Feel free to substitute other fruits based on your preference or seasonal availability.
- This sangria can be made a day in advance; just add the soda right before serving to keep it bubbly.
