Description

A refreshing and fruity Peach & Rosé Sangria infused with citrus and berries, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 bottle of rosé wine
  • 2 peaches, sliced
  • 1 cup of mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1 lime, sliced
  • 1/4 cup of peach schnapps
  • 2 cups of soda water or lemon-lime soda
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the sliced peaches, mixed berries, orange, lemon, and lime.
  2. Add the rosé wine and peach schnapps to the pitcher.
  3. Stir gently to combine all the ingredients.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
  5. Just before serving, add the soda water or lemon-lime soda for fizz.
  6. Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint leaves.

Notes

  • For a sweeter sangria, add more peach schnapps or use a sweeter rosé wine.
  • Feel free to substitute other fruits based on your preference or seasonal availability.
  • This sangria can be made a day in advance; just add the soda right before serving to keep it bubbly.
