- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- Mix the brownie base: In a medium bowl, combine peanut butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla, flour, and salt; stir until smooth.
- Layer the brownies: Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly.
- Prepare the cheesecake swirl: In another bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, then fold in chocolate chips.
- Spread the cheesecake mixture over the brownie layer, then pour the remaining brownie batter on top, swirling it with a knife.
