Description

    • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

  • Peanut Butter Layer:
    • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
    • 1 cup powdered sugar
    • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Chocolate Topping:
    • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
    • 2 tbsp unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until well mixed. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×9 inch baking dish.
  3. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then remove and let it cool completely.
  4. In another bowl, beat together the peanut butter, powdered sugar, cream cheese, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  5. Spread the peanut butter mixture evenly over the cooled crust.
  6. In a small saucepan, melt the chocolate chips and butter over low heat, stirring until smooth.
  7. Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer, spreading it evenly.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set before slicing into squares.
