Description

Delicious pizza bombs filled with gooey mozzarella and savory pepperoni, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • Pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Pepperoni slices
  • Pizza sauce
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic powder
  • Oregano
  • Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface until it’s about ¼ inch thick.
  3. Cut the dough into small squares, approximately 4 inches by 4 inches.
  4. Place a piece of mozzarella cheese, a few slices of pepperoni, and a dollop of pizza sauce in the center of each dough square.
  5. Fold the corners of the dough over the filling, pinching tightly to create a sealed ball.
  6. Brush each ball with olive oil, followed by a sprinkle of garlic powder and oregano.
  7. Place the pizza bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Serve warm with additional pizza sauce for dipping.
