Delicious pizza bombs filled with gooey mozzarella and savory pepperoni, perfect for any gathering.
Ingredients
- Pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- Mozzarella cheese
- Pepperoni slices
- Pizza sauce
- Olive oil
- Garlic powder
- Oregano
- Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface until it’s about ¼ inch thick.
- Cut the dough into small squares, approximately 4 inches by 4 inches.
- Place a piece of mozzarella cheese, a few slices of pepperoni, and a dollop of pizza sauce in the center of each dough square.
- Fold the corners of the dough over the filling, pinching tightly to create a sealed ball.
- Brush each ball with olive oil, followed by a sprinkle of garlic powder and oregano.
- Place the pizza bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with additional pizza sauce for dipping.
