Description

Philly Cheesesteak Egg Rolls are a delicious twist on the classic Philly cheesesteak, combining tender beef, melted cheese, and sautéed vegetables wrapped in crispy egg roll wrappers.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1 cup onions, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 package egg roll wrappers
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat and sauté onions, bell peppers, and garlic until soft.
  2. Add the sliced ribeye steak and Worcestershire sauce, cooking until the steak is browned.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the provolone cheese until melted.
  4. Lay an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface and place a spoonful of the steak mixture in the center.
  5. Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling and roll tightly to seal.
  6. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
  7. Fry the egg rolls in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes.
  8. Drain on paper towels and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
