- 1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 1 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1 cup onions, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 package egg roll wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat and sauté onions, bell peppers, and garlic until soft.
- Add the sliced ribeye steak and Worcestershire sauce, cooking until the steak is browned.
- Remove from heat and stir in the provolone cheese until melted.
- Lay an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface and place a spoonful of the steak mixture in the center.
- Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling and roll tightly to seal.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry the egg rolls in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- For a healthier option, bake the egg rolls in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes.
