Description

A spicy and sweet hot sauce made with fresh pineapple and habanero peppers that adds a kick to any dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, chopped
  • 23 habanero peppers, chopped
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the chopped pineapple and habanero peppers.
  2. Add the white vinegar, sugar, salt, and garlic powder.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture into a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Let the sauce cool before transferring it to a bottle or jar.

  • Adjust the number of habanero peppers to control the heat level.
