Description
A spicy and sweet hot sauce made with fresh pineapple and habanero peppers that adds a kick to any dish.

- 1 cup fresh pineapple, chopped
- 2–3 habanero peppers, chopped
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the chopped pineapple and habanero peppers.
- Add the white vinegar, sugar, salt, and garlic powder.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Let the sauce cool before transferring it to a bottle or jar.
Notes
- Adjust the number of habanero peppers to control the heat level.
- This sauce can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
- Great for marinating meats or as a dipping sauce.
