- 1 can pineapple slices, drained and chopped
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- 1/2 cup maraschino cherries (for garnish)
- 1/2 cup cake mix (optional)
Instructions
- Melt the butter, white chocolate chips, and sweetened condensed milk in a saucepan over low heat, stirring gently until smooth.
- Add the vanilla extract and chopped pineapple to the melted mixture, folding in the cake mix if using.
- Prepare an 8×8 inch baking pan lined with parchment paper, and pour the mixture evenly into the pan.
- Add chopped nuts on top if desired, and press maraschino cherries into the surface.
- Chill the pan in the refrigerator for at least two hours to let the fudge set properly.
- Slice the fudge into squares and serve.
