Description

Ingredients

  • 4 slices of bread
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/4 cup pepperoni slices
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Place two slices of bread, buttered side down, in the skillet.
  4. Layer mozzarella cheese, pizza sauce, and pepperoni on top of the bread in the skillet.
  5. Top with the remaining slices of bread, buttered side up.
  6. Cook until the bottom is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side until golden and the cheese is melted.
  7. Remove from skillet, slice, and serve hot.
