- 1 package of pizza dough
- 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup of butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Cut the dough into strips, about 1 inch wide.
- Place the strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the melted butter over the dough strips.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over the strips.
- Season with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add crushed red pepper flakes to the cheese mixture.
- Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
