  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the pork tenderloin with salt and pepper.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and sear the pork on all sides until browned.
  4. Transfer the pork to a baking dish and roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  5. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  6. Stir in the heavy cream and Dijon mustard, cooking until the sauce thickens.
  7. Slice the pork tenderloin and serve with the Dijon cream sauce drizzled on top.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
