- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the pork tenderloin with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and sear the pork on all sides until browned.
- Transfer the pork to a baking dish and roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Stir in the heavy cream and Dijon mustard, cooking until the sauce thickens.
- Slice the pork tenderloin and serve with the Dijon cream sauce drizzled on top.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
