Description

Pumpkin Lush is a delightful layered dessert that combines the flavors of pumpkin, cream cheese, and whipped topping, making it the perfect treat for fall.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish to form the crust.
  4. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  5. Add the pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice to the cream cheese mixture and mix until well combined.
  6. Spread the pumpkin mixture over the crust evenly.
  7. Top with whipped topping and sprinkle with chopped pecans if desired.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
