Description

A delightful twist on the classic tiramisu, infused with the warm flavors of pumpkin spice, perfect for fall celebrations.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
  • 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
  • 24 ladyfinger cookies
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, mascarpone cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin spice until smooth.
  2. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the pumpkin mixture until well combined.
  4. Dip each ladyfinger into the cooled coffee for a few seconds, then layer them in a serving dish.
  5. Spread half of the pumpkin mixture over the ladyfingers.
  6. Add another layer of dipped ladyfingers followed by the remaining pumpkin mixture.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  8. Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder.

Notes

  • For a stronger coffee flavor, use espresso instead of brewed coffee.
  • Adjust the amount of pumpkin spice according to your taste preference.
  • This dessert can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
