- 8 oz pasta (elbow or rotini)
- 1 cup dill pickles, chopped
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, dill pickles, red onion, cherry tomatoes, and celery.
- Add the ranch dressing and fresh dill to the bowl and mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a creamier salad, add more ranch dressing as desired.
- This salad can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
